Ensure your dog has access to fresh, clean water at all times. The feeding guides are to be used as a guideline only, please monitor your dog and adjust portions as necessary to suit their dietary needs. Please ensure you transition over to a new diet gradually, around 7 days, gradually increasing the % of new food vs. old each day.

STORE PICKUP - 700 Marshlands Road, Christchurch, NZ
- Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday 9am -6pm, Saturday - Sunday between 9-12 & 3-5pm
- An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
- Orders are normally packed and ready, same day as purchase.
SHIPPING
- Orders that are placed before 11am each day, will be sent with the courier that morning.
- We use NZ POST Overnight service for all our parcels.
- Flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 for Canterbury adresses.
- Flat rate shipping fee of $8.99 for other South island adresses.
